Position Overview
The Head – Workforce Strategy & Deployment will lead the design and governance of Blue Dart’s national workforce deployment framework for outsourced staffing. The role will focus on contract standardization, incentive models, gig workforce structures, and deployment forecasting. It will ensure sufficiency, productivity, and cost efficiency across the outsourced manpower base nationally.
Job Purpose
To create and implement a sustainable, standardized, and scalable workforce deployment model that ensures sufficiency and productivity across Blue Dart’s operations while driving economies of scale.
