The Learning & Development Program Manager will collaborate closely with our L&D, HR, and Events team to design and execute a variety of Learning & Development (L&D) programs across the firm, including live programs, workshops, online courses, and other L&D support.
The role involves three areas of leadership: thought leadership around curriculum and instructional design, guidance of program instructors and facilitators, and oversight of program logistics. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing curriculum needs, identifying content gaps, and leading the development of new efforts. The position coordinates with internal and external consultants for programs and guides program teams around both instructional design and live delivery. The Program Manager also oversees program management, including logistics, work planning, events space, and communications.
