Strategic Analysis, Inc is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal Science/Engineering Advisor to lead and provide strategic technical expertise across various projects. This role requires a deep understanding of scientific and engineering principles, combined with a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. The Principal Advisor will support the development, planning, and execution of innovative projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in their field, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions, mentoring teams, and driving forward-thinking strategies in science and engineering disciplines. The candidate should be an expert in the full lifecycle of modern software development practices and be able to demonstrate proficiency with industry-standard tools. Experience working within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and/or US Government in a similar role is strongly preferred.


Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Information Technology Management required
• Ten (10) years of experience working in an R&D environment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and network operations for complex, multi-site organizations.
* Demonstrated experience aligning IT operations with business objectives across multiple business units, with deep knowledge of regulatory compliance (DoD, NIST) and proven cloud migration, and WAN/SDWAN implementations.
* Proven expertise in defining and executing forward-looking IT strategies
• Will act as a principal lead on analytical, consulting, or assessment processes in support of technical, business, and administrative goals of the program and directs a technical team in performance of complex tasks.
