Finvi is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Project Manager who will take a consultative approach to oversee the successful implementation of our SaaS product for new and existing clients. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of product deployment, from initial client onboarding through to full product adoption and success. You will deliver a new to market product and influence process, tool selection, and best practice. In this role you will have visibility, meaningful contribution and impact. This position will focus on Mid Market and Enterprise clients with data and configuration challenges. The ideal candidate will have independent responsibility for solutioning and driving results.

What You'll Do

  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end implementation process of our SaaS solution, including defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful business results for customers
  • Client Onboarding & Kickoff: Facilitate client onboarding sessions and product kick-off meetings to establish clear goals, expectations, and timelines for successful implementation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bring visibility to blockers and elevate feedback into roadmap influence, acting as a voice of the customer within the company
  • Client Relationship Management: Guide customers through high-stakes migrations with a mix of strategic planning, communication, and calm under pressure
  • Risk Management: Build and refine lightweight frameworks for forecasting delivery, identifying risks early, and improving implementation predictability
  • Documentation & Reporting: Balance agility with accountability, scaling process and reporting thoughtfully

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing complex highly configurable SaaS product implementations
  • Proven track record of managing complex end-to-end software implementation projects
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and clients in a consultative manner
  • Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage timelines and expectations when things do not go according to plan

What's In It For You.

  • Use structure and communication to bring order to chaos, ensuring customers move forward while the product evolves
  • Translate complex data, customized configurations, and gnarly integrations into manageable phases and clear expectations
  • Own and drive the implementation experience by designing creative, scalable solutions when product limitations arise
  • Set up customers for success, and ensure go-lives are launchpads and not landings
  • Shape how implementation is done within your team and across the company—as a key player during a formative growth stage

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation ultimately depends on the candidate’s primary work location, job responsibilities, role requirements, relevant experience and skillset.
