Revenue Intern - Military veterans preferred

The Revenue Intern position is responsible for learning billing, accounts payable, and general accounting in the Revenue and Accounting departments in order to help assist multiple team members and positions in their day-to-day duties. The role will also fill-in for other team members when they are out and assist in achieving department goals.

Responsibilities

• Crosstrain in multiple roles within the Accounting and Revenue departments
• Assist Accounting and Revenue department with day to day duties and assignments
• Fill in when team members are out by taking on their duties until they return
• Learn different accounting skills and techniques
• Scanning and filing
• Assist in processing invoices
• Answer emails and phone calls from vendors and internal departments
• Assist in auditing billing information Assist in inventorying contracts

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to take verbal and written instruction and execute with confidence
• Team player who can also produce independent results
• Good organizational skills
• Attention to detail Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, or currently in college pursuing required
