Responsibilities
Provide support with relations to customer requirements, operations requirements, improvements, implementations.
Ensures that tickets for incidents are being addressed
Performs training/cascading of enhancements or any changes done in the system
Standardize and document system processes, and monitor implementation of best practices from one site to other sites
Perform necessary testing to ensure that implementation of initiative and projects are working properly
Support on conducting review or creation of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of your area, including understanding and detailing best practices and deviations that may occur during the process' execution.
