The People and Culture Generalist is primarily responsible for payroll processing and reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all payroll functions. In addition, this position supports daily HR operations including employee status changes, the full termination process, and administrative tasks that maintain accurate records. The role works closely with the People and Culture team and other departments to promote efficiency, accuracy, and a consistent employee experience.
