We are actively seeking candidates for the position of Coordinator, Production to work in the News/Agriculture Division of Learfield to oversee the writing, production and ongoing fulfillment of all commercial audio content, promotional announcements and other elements necessary to produce high-quality radio and internet/streaming content.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to fully produce commercial content, including but not limited to voicing, producing, coordinating with our radio talent agencies, and writing copy.
  • Functional experience working inside production audio software, script writing, and recording clients with specific emphasis on local and national advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create audio spots for public awareness and branding campaigns. Aid with video editing and production.
  • Assist with graphic design requests.
  • Produce and upload weekly Featured Programs for affiliates.
  • Traffic spots to affiliated radio stations as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience developing promotional graphics and editing video and radio advertising/promotional content.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites, Adobe Audition, and Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with the agriculture industry and related topics.
  • Experience building and producing content for business or marketing purposes.
  • Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
