About the role

As an Associate Manager of Strategic Initiatives, you will drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to define go-to-market strategies, lead corporate programs, and support executive decision-making. This role requires a proactive, structured thinker who thrives in ambiguity, takes full ownership of outcomes, and excels at connecting the dots across complex challenges. You’ll be expected to break down problems to their root causes, align diverse stakeholders, and foster momentum through clear communication, thoughtful storytelling and ultimately - impact. Success in this role also depends on your ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrate situational awareness, respect organizational dynamics, and embrace feedback as a tool for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Alignment - Support the development and execution of company-wide initiatives. Partner with leadership to prioritize goals, align business plans, and enable operational focus.
• Market and Business Analysis - Analyze market trends, customer segments, and performance data to guide planning and resource allocation. Deliver actionable insights that drive clarity and focus.
• Executive Storytelling and Presentations - Build clear, compelling documentation and strategic narratives for leadership. Translate complex analysis into high-impact, executive-level presentations.
• Project Management and Cross-Functional Execution - Drive operational execution of strategic programs and projects across multiple stakeholders. Track milestones, identify risks, and ensure consistent communication and alignment.
• KPI Design and Performance Tracking - Define success metrics and reporting mechanisms for strategic programs. Partner with Finance and Operations to support forecasting and performance management.

About you

To be ahead of the pack, you should have:

• 5+ years in a consulting, private equity, or private equity-backed environment preferred, ideally within the Tech industry
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with a balance of strategic thinking and operational detail
• High proficiency in PowerPoint with strong storytelling and executive communication skills
• Strong analytical skills including Excel modeling and dashboard creation
• Familiarity with common program/project planning tools and best practices
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where drive, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are key to team success
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
