Position: Intern- Customs & Trade Compliance (m/f/x)   
Contract Type: 12 month- internship  

Are you passionate about international trade and eager to gain hands-on experience in a global logistics environment? Join our Customs & Trade Compliance team as an intern and play a key role in supporting our Denied Party Screening (DPS) program and customs communication initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside subject matter experts, contribute to meaningful compliance projects, and develop your understanding of global trade regulations.

Your Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Supporting the implementation of Denied Party Screening (DPS) across regions, helping transition from project phase to business-as-usual.
  • Assisting with data collection and management to support compliance reporting and decision-making.
  • Coordinating with regional teams to identify support needs and recommend training or process improvements.
  • Preparing for stakeholder meetings & program updates
  • Ensuring training materials and process documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting customs communication initiatives, including reviewing and refining Standard Implementation Plans (SIPs) to ensure they are fit for purpose.

What Are We Looking For From You:

  • A keen interest in customs, trade compliance, or supply chain – a related course or academic background is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with global teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to observe and interpret data from an outsider’s perspective.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to cross-functional collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • A proactive attitude and curiosity to explore how global compliance processes work in practice.
