As a Principal ServiceNow Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced ServiceNow solutions, focusing on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. Your expertise in UI Builder and performance optimization will be pivotal in delivering seamless, high-performance user experiences that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of CSM solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • UI Builder Expertise: Develop and optimize user interfaces using ServiceNow's UI Builder, creating intuitive and responsive experiences.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct platform health checks, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
  • Integration Leadership: Oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and platform governance to maintain solution integrity.
  • Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in IT, with at least 10 years specializing in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
  • Modules Expertise: Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules including CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.
  • Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
  • Performance Tuning: Proven track record in platform performance optimization and tuning.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM, and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
