Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations across Inbound, Inventory, Procurement, and Packaging Material Management, aligned with company standards on safety, quality, compliance, and productivity.
Inbound Operations – Oversee receiving, inspection, and putaway processes; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with KPI targets. Resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements.
Inventory Management – Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations. Manage storage optimization, minimize variances, and ensure material availability.
Procurement & Material Control – Oversee purchase and replenishment of packaging materials and consumables. Monitor supplier performance, control costs, and ensure timely material availability.
Packaging Materials Management – Track consumption, monitor usage efficiency, and support packaging optimization and sustainability initiatives.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement – Ensure adherence to internal policies, customs, and trade regulations. Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve process reliability.
Collaboration & Leadership – Work closely with Site Manager, Supervisors, and cross-functional teams to align operations. Develop, coach, and guide team members for high performance.
Performance Monitoring – Track operational KPIs, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to sustain service excellence
