Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations across Inbound, Inventory, Procurement, and Packaging Material Management, aligned with company standards on safety, quality, compliance, and productivity.

  • Inbound Operations – Oversee receiving, inspection, and putaway processes; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with KPI targets. Resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements.

  • Inventory Management – Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations. Manage storage optimization, minimize variances, and ensure material availability.

  • Procurement & Material Control – Oversee purchase and replenishment of packaging materials and consumables. Monitor supplier performance, control costs, and ensure timely material availability.

  • Packaging Materials Management – Track consumption, monitor usage efficiency, and support packaging optimization and sustainability initiatives.

  • Compliance & Continuous Improvement – Ensure adherence to internal policies, customs, and trade regulations. Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve process reliability.

  • Collaboration & Leadership – Work closely with Site Manager, Supervisors, and cross-functional teams to align operations. Develop, coach, and guide team members for high performance.

  • Performance Monitoring – Track operational KPIs, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to sustain service excellence

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
  • At least 5-years solid background in end-to-end warehouse operations in a semiconductor or consumer industry.
  • Experience working in Semicon, 3PL provider or manufacturing, and multinational company is preferred
  • Experience working in a large-scale warehouse operation; with 24/7 operations and more than 250 employees
  • Hands-on experience in warehousing management system (SAP system) Familiar with PEZA/BOC, CPRS and AEDS, FMEA, Control Plan, OCAP, VDA
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
  • The ability to form successful relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external through influencing and negotiation skills to form solutions in line with business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory control with excellent ERP/MRP systems knowledge and general high-level computer literacy
  • Experience of cost models, budget and KPI tracking along with strong report writing and statistical investigative skills
