Description
Leidos Health and Civil Transportation Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, independent, and experienced Software Developer for the GEO7 Service Lease (G7SL) Program to support the Data Collection and Analysis Facility (DCAF) system and NI LabVIEW®-based Monitor and Control (M&C) hardware (HW) and software (SW) system. The program provides 24/7/365 support to the FAA for the execution of the program.
The Software Developer will be a member of a five-person technical team responsible for the operation of the satellite segment for the FAA’s Wide-Area Augmentation System (WAAS) G7SL Program. The Software Developer will work with the Software Lead and System Administrator to develop, document, and maintain the operational M&C System and DCAF hardware and software systems that provide near-real time status of the two satellite uplink stations and satellite payload.
This position is required to be 3 days a week onsite in the Gaithersburg, MD office and 2 days a week from home office.
