Job Description

Oversee and support a team of water heater and plumbing installation professionals.
Handle hiring, training, and mentoring of team members.
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
Manage a territory covering NC, SC, and VA, with regular travel required.
Maintain strong relationships with our business partners to help expand our market presence.
Step in for installations as needed, leading by example in the field.

Qualifications

NC Plumbing License Required
Leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to travel within the tri-state territory.
Valid driver's license, clean background, and ability to lift 50 lbs+.
A commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.

Compensation

Competitive guaranteed base salary 78k -91k
Weekly performance bonuses with unlimited cap
