Requirements
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team at DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc.'.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products in our state-of-the-art warehouse facility located in Cabuyao City Laguna. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of our inventory. What you'll be doing
• Unloading and receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damages
• Placing products in designated storage locations using appropriate equipment
• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time • Maintaining clear and accurate records of all warehouse activities
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Assisting with inventory audits and cycle counts • Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve warehouse operations What we're looking for
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 25kg
• Forklift operation experience is desirable but not essential • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
