Role Purpose
The HR Senior Manager provides proactive, insight-driven leadership to shape and drive the Human Resources function within the scope of Paraguay. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business and collaborating with the business management team, the HR Senior Manager aligns HR activities with the business strategy to support organizational goals and influence the strategic direction of the business, while balancing the employee perspective. This role is pivotal in driving HR transformation and change to maximize the capabilities of our people across all levels of the organization, ensuring HR services are delivered to enhance business performance.
Main Accountabilities
Compliance Support: Provide support in compliance-related areas, including training, communication campaigns, audits, and investigations.
Requirements
•Education: University degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
•Proven HR Expertise: 10+ years of experience in various HR-related areas, with a focus on Engagement, and Health and Safety.
•Language Requirements: Fluent in English; native Spanish speaker.
•Core Competencies: Respect and results-driven, demonstrated leadership ability to work in a matrix environment with senior management, data-driven insights, cultural shaper, DEIB champion, excellent active listening and negotiation skills, and competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
