  • Collaborate with Communications and Information Technology teams to develop strategies for emerging technologies and multimedia trends that improve student and community engagement.

  • Provide technical expertise and creative guidance on multimedia best practices to faculty, staff, and administrators.

  • Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery of multimedia content.

  • Support multimedia needs for District and college events, including live-streaming, recording, and real-time technical troubleshooting.

  • Web, social media, and digital distribution platforms.

  • Accessibility compliance requirements (e.g., Section 508, WCAG standards).

  • Project management principles and budget development.

  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple multimedia projects simultaneously.

  • Supervise and train assigned staff and student employees.

  • Collaborate effectively with diverse constituencies in a multicultural environment.

  • Communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.

  • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment.
