Summary

We are seeking a Construction Senior Project Manager to join our team.

The Senior Project Manager is a leadership role which involves coordinating multiple teams ensuring program managers project managers and key stakeholders align with overall business goals. The Senior Project Manager must have practical experience of having been a program/project managers with scheduling and estimator experience on complex project initiatives The position will have direct reporting and open dialogue with construction leadership on all aspects of projects from conception issues through closeout including processes employees financials schedules quality and safety matters

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • The role will require an understanding of government procurement processes, contract management and contractual FARS Clauses ln both the RFP/Contract and by individual Government Agencies
  • Support construction leadership in the adoptions developments and rollout of project operations process and procedures technology and best practices
  • The position requires an in-depth knowledge of the Design/Bid/Build Design/Build Cost Plus and/or CMAR/Integrated Project Delivery methods
  • Ability to prepare letters, enforce contractual requirements administer government responses and evaluate high-level matters with leadership
  • Strong leaderships diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead ups across and down multiple business platforms and government organizations

Education Requirements

  • Post Graduate Degree BA or MA in Construction Management Construction Preferred or equal experience commensurate to 15 years of Construction Management.
  • US Citizens Must be able to pass drug test and background checks

This position will be remote as necessary and may require domestic and international travel when directed and approved by manager Work schedule generally encompasses a standard workweek spanning Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Requires the ability to walk short distances.
  • Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
