Overview

Work Location: This is a remote/work from home position (Texas and Arizona Residents)
Compensation: $16.00/hour
Paid Training Start Date: Wednesday October 15th, 2025
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 7am-7pm PST
Build Your Future! We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Claims Call Center Agents to join our team remotely in Texas or Arizona. In this role, agents will manage inbound phone inquiries and consultations related to claims, both pre- and post-application, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and exceptional service. Agents will utilize SCE-provided training materials, scripts, and guides to deliver accurate, efficient, and courteous support.
