Position Title: Security Management Lead

Position Summary:
Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Security Management Lead to oversee and coordinate all onsite security activities, policies, and procedures in support of government operations. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative security support services that ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and organizational security requirements. You will guide day-to-day security operations, oversee clearance processing, and maintain the integrity and accuracy of all personnel security records and databases.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Lead all onsite security management activities and ensure compliance with applicable security policies, standards, and regulations.
Direct and coordinate administrative security support services for government and contractor personnel.
Oversee the processing, tracking, and maintenance of personnel security clearances and associated documentation.
Manage and update security databases and record systems to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
Serve as the primary customer interface for security-related inquiries and clearance processing support.
Implement and enforce organizational security policies, procedures, and risk mitigation measures.
Coordinate with government representatives and internal teams to resolve security-related issues.
Provide subject matter expertise and leadership to ensure alignment with DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) security requirements.
Conduct reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established security protocols.
Develop and deliver reports and recommendations related to personnel and physical security management.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Security Management, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing or providing administrative and personnel security support services.
Demonstrated experience leading security teams and interfacing with government security offices.
Certifications: Industrial Security Professional (ISP) and Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
Proven knowledge of clearance processing, adjudication procedures, and DoD security policies and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:Â
Advanced degree or additional certifications in Security Management or Cybersecurity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior government officials.
Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
Ability to adapt to evolving security requirements and provide proactive solutions.
Familiarity with emerging security technologies and digital record management systems.
