Located in Greater Boston, MassBayis a comprehensive, open-access community college, offering associate degreesand certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, andAshland, Massachusetts.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will join a vibrant educational community, and have adesire and ability to serve a population of students with various needs andbackgrounds.
Reporting to the Associate Director of AdmissionsOperations, the Senior Technical Coordinator of Admissions Operationscoordinates all operational, technology, and system administration aspects ofthe department’s routine activities. This position provides assistance toall Admissions staff in learning and implementing standardized processes,coordination with all recruitment staff, and close collaboration with Marketingand IT Departments. This position is responsible for assisting in the designof and supervising the maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system and business process automation, documentation, anddepartment-wide training on key application processing, student information,communication, data management and reporting tools. This is a mostly remoteposition but is required to be on campus for certain Open House, Trainingand Professional Development Day occasions.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, HumanServices, Liberal Arts, or closely related field; with three (3) yearsexperience and/or training involving college admissions, transfer creditevaluation, or academic counseling/advisement; or an equivalent combination ofeducation, training, and experience.

Salary Range: $82,787 -$94,048, in accordance with one'seducation and experience as dictated by the collective bargaining agreementclassification compensation structure.
