In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference for our people, and the experience they have with the organization and engagements with HR function, participating in various touch points vis-à-vis employee lifecycle and solving queries and problems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide guidance to Business Managers and employees for implementation of HR policies and activities.
2. Coordinate with Business Managers & Talent Acquisition Centralized team, monitoring - timely and accurate requisition filings for approval, registrations for approved roles, hiring progress. Intervene & escalate where necessary.
3. Collaborate with global team, share center level insights and data, to have robust analytics and reporting of center, and talent acquisition related solutions.
4. Coordinate and administer HR processes and policies from hire to retire stage including induction/onboarding talent, exit management, background verification, employee relations, performance management, grievance handling, Rewards and Recognition, etc.
5. Coordinate with contract staffing company to ensure smooth functioning of operations with deployment contract staff.
6. Analyze HR activities to identify issues and areas for process improvements.
7. Manage induction batches and sessions for new joiners, co-ordinating with L&D, Product & delivery spocs.
8. Managing database of new Joinee employee code, email id and employee details in the software and excel.
9. Data management of all the information sitting out of HRMS – HR master file, HC Movement, billing , performance records et al.
10. Assist HR managers in attending to personnel cases that needs attention of HR. Assist Business managers in handling complex personnel cases.
11. Assist the auditor for center audit requirements, guide center HR colleagues on the requirements.
12. Verifying the payroll inputs and giving final confirmation for payout to payroll team.
13. Execute employee engagement activities on the job floor.
14. Preparing any reports or letters on adhoc basis as and when required.

Required Skills/Abilities:
1. Graduate (bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline).
2. Minimum 5-8 year of experience.
3. Familiar with & experience on HRIS, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Coaching, HR Policies, Compliance, Stakeholder management
4. Good communication skills.
5. Should be hand on with MS office tools (excel, word, ppt)
6. Working in partnership with leaders and colleagues to drive results.
7. Interact with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines.
8. Implement diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organizational objectives.
9. Experience presenting to different audiences verbally, in writing and in presentation formats
