Job Description:
Digital Core & Central Services is one of three groups in the department Digital Operations. We are responsible for the business accuracy of the payroll and employee data administration (EDA) services mapped in the HR systems, thereby supporting the operational staff at HR Services. Digital Core & Central Services includes all central transactional tasks of the department, including user support, quality assurance, and operational control, as well as high-profile roles such as our HR transformation managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize internal processes to ensure efficient project execution.
Maintain and expand internal and external networks to foster successful partnerships.
Initiate and manage projects focused on process improvement while identifying and managing risks.
Support your team within two countries (Germany and Hungary)
Conduct feedback and development discussions to enhance employee growth and maintain a motivating team culture.
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and management, ensuring the department's success aligns with company objectives.
Qualifications:
Over 3 years of experience in a leadership role
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Experience in SAP HCM or ORACLE HCM is an advantage
