In Corporate Internal Audit, our mission is to protect and enable growth across the Group by providing independent, objective assurance and audit related consulting activities designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations. We perform audits worldwide across all business units and supporting functions of the group, e.g. Finance, IT and Compliance. We are searching for Senior Expert IT Audit to be based in Czech Republic or Germany (final location will be agreed based on selected candidate).

Responsibilities:

Lead global IT audit activities

• Manage 10–15 IT audit assignments annually, including risk assessments, scoping, execution, and follow-up.
• Align audit topics with CIOs/CISOs across divisions and central IT.
• Cover diverse IT and Information Security domains.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and steer global audit teams.
• Deliver high-quality reports and present findings to senior executives.
• Lead strategic IT initiatives with board-level visibility.
• Drive timely and effective follow-up on management actions.

Shape IT audit strategy and methods

• Continuously improve audit methodologies and tools.
• Maintain strong relationships with IT leadership.
• Contribute to global audit reporting and decision-making.

Functional leadership of global IT audit team

• Guide 20–30 IT audit professionals.
• Develop methodologies and prepare teams for success.
• Mentor and coach team members; design training programs.
• Support performance evaluations and development plans.

Drive strategic initiatives

• Support Corporate Internal Audit’s strategic agenda.
• Lead change initiatives and promote innovation.
• Foster digitalization and continuous improvement.

Your offer:

• Minimum 6 years of internal/external audit experience.
• Certified in CISA, CISM, or CISSP.
• Master’s degree in business informatics or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, Information Security, and Application Controls.
• Strong digital and data capabilities.
• Proven experience in change and project management.
• Skilled communicator, trainer, and coach with intercultural competence.
