Responsibilities
Monitors implementation of company policies and disciplinary action.
Responsible in timekeeping, attendance matters, and compensation and benefits concerns.
Responsible in site headcount completion, attendance reliability, and updating of team requirements.
Coordinate site requirements such as shuttle and logistical needs (uniforms, safety shoes, etc.)
Ensure third party service providers are compliant to labor laws and service agreement (documentation, coordination, etc.)
Monitors implementation of employee engagement activities (EOS, Year-end Evaluation, etc.)
Provide guidance to Site Leaders and employees for the implementation of HR policies and activities
Coordinate and administer HR processes and policies such as Talent Management & Sourcing, L&D, C&B, Performance Management, etc., as necessary.
Guide the HR Ops Specialist in achieving the delivery of service to set standards and targets, schedules for all HR processes and policies
Analyze and understand market competitiveness and trends in HR activities to identify issues and areas for process improvements
Enhance Site awareness and ensure compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations
Partner with the Site EE Champion in the implementation of employee engagement activities in line with the EOS and GPTW
Ensure completion Training (Onboarding / OJT, refresher, mandatory, and certified)
Support Site Operational requirements related to HR matters
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain and manufacturing industry
Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels
Proficient in HR data management and analysis, with the ability to generate reports and identify trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work well in a fast-paced environment
