A quick overview of EAT:
The Maintenance Production Manager LEJ reports directly to the Senior Manager Maintenance and oversees the Line Maintenance crews in Leipzig. He represents the Senior Manager Maintenance.
Organizes and coordinates the Line Maintenance activities in LEJ within existing guidelines, procedures, and objectives.
Manages the maintenance resources and acts as a supervisor for the crew chiefs.
Responsible for overseeing and operating the hangar with regard to safety and cleanliness.
Develops and optimizes the maintenance department with a focus on efficient production, workplace organization, and methods.
Ensures efficient resource management that meets legal and productive requirements.
Coordinates between the various technical departments.
Maintains high quality standards in accordance with all applicable regulations and promotes the EAT safety culture.
Motivates maintenance employees and drives active continuous improvements.
Supports the development of maintenance strategies and innovative concepts to meet the latest industry standards and process improvements to increase productivity.
Monitors department-specific key performance indicators, analyzes the causes of deviations, and implements corrective actions.
Engages in cross-departmental project work.
Assists the Maintenance Manager in all his tasks and represents him during his absence.
Completed degree and several years of relevant professional experience or many years of relevant professional experience.
Engineering degree or qualification as an aircraft maintenance technician.
At least 10 years of professional experience in the aviation industry, preferably 5 years of experience in a large aircraft maintenance organization.
Extensive operational and technical background, including knowledge of technical documentation and planning.
Comprehensive knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework and other legal requirements (e.g., EASA Part 145/147/66 / CAMO).
In-depth knowledge related to aircraft maintenance and organizational requirements for safety, quality, airworthiness, and general flight operations.
A thorough understanding of the German-European legal and regulatory framework and other legal requirements.
Good IT skills in applications and systems relevant to airline maintenance activities, e.g., TRAX.
Very good knowledge of German and English.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Determination and assertiveness to provide flexible, creative solutions in a complex environment.
