What will be your job?
Responsibility for support functions in logistic operation
Responsibility for contractual KPIs and implementation of new measures leading to process optimization
Planning and utilization of all capacities, create and overview internal and external KIPs
You will be responsible for recording and reporting damages and non-conformities and proposing preventive measures
Management, motivation and development of subordinates
Responsibility for compliance with work safety rules
What we need?
Experience in an industrial warehouse or logistics environment is required
Proficiency in English verbal and written communication (frequent meetings with customers)
A motivated collauge with experience in leading, motivating and developing a team of experts
Good knowledge of working on a PC (MS OFFICE)
Knowledge of the environment of a large international company and knowledge of warehouse systems is an advantage
