Leidos are on search of a Qualified and Experienced Programme Manager with Programme, Project and Technical Management experience of medium to large size and high complexity deliveries (£20m p/a), who has experience within the Civil Industry. In addition to support the development, transition & in-service running (inc. capability upgrades) of IT application and infrastructure solution providing support to a critical operational end user.

As a Programme Manager in Leidos you will be working on one of our long-standing programmes within our customers business areas. You will be responsible for managing a group of interdependent, related ‘projects’ in a coordinated way to achieve cumulative beneficial change; providing control of projects within the programme, management of cross-project dependencies, risks, issues, requirements and solutions focused on success of an overall programme outcome.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Programme Manager for our client. Supporting a multi-functional team and to manage the scheduling of project delivery, change and new business. This position is a full time; permanent role and applicants will have SC clearance or be willing to undergo the clearance process.
You will be self-motivated and be able to work autonomously and within a customer team to achieve day to day objectives with significant results on project/programme or operational deliverables, whilst also owning a variety of activities ensuring compliance with project milestones and customer KPI’s and SLAs.
You will need to be experienced in programme and project methods and tools, able to navigate delivery uncertainty, lead project managers to achieve specified outcomes, provide advice to decision makers and stakeholders whilst building and maintaining ongoing commitments with several different stakeholder groups.

This role offers a hybrid work model where the successful candidate will split their working time between the customer site, a Leidos facility and their home.
Location: This role will have an element of working from home or Leidos Facility, with frequent travel to customer sites in the South of England.
Clearance Required: This role will require attainment and maintenance of SC clearance
