DESCRIPTION:

As a premier Audio-Visual Technology Solutions Company since 1967, Visual Sound specializes in Integration, Live/Virtual/Hybrid Events, Production & Staging, and Command & Control. We are currently seeking to hire a Vice President of Command and Control based out of our Corporate Office in Broomall, PA.

The VP of Command and Control will oversee the design, implementation, and management of audio-visual systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in AV technology, project management, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates technical skills, product knowledge, and terminology of the Command-and-Control space
• Manages the design and integration of complex AV systems for command-and-control centers to meet operational needs
• Maintains AV expertise in video wall technology, networked AV, and meeting room solutions
• Ensures AV systems operate reliably and provides seamless service for uninterrupted performance
• Collaborates on system designs that emphasize user experience and respond to clients' changing needs
• Oversees projects from inception to completion while managing budgets that yield top-notch results
• Stays updated on the latest AV technologies to enhance capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the industry
• Leads teams involved in system design, engineering, and operations

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a CTS certification, along with 5+ years of AV expertise
• Strong background in electrical engineering and management
• Hands-on experience with AV integration systems and technologies
• Adept with developing business strategies related to command-and-control solutions
• Proven experience leading teams and overseeing complex projects
• Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure environments and make prompt decisions when challenges arise
• BA Degree or combination of education and four or more years Command & Control or similar industry experience
