Overview:

Tantus Technologies, Inc. (Tantus) is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Program Analyst. The Program Analyst will support one of the CMS Quality Program's Lines of Business. Working within the Line of Business, the Program Analyst will coordinate with the product development team, the Service Center and the Program's Policy partners. Working among these teams, the Program Analyst will be responsible for hosting and facilitating meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes, ensuring timely and comprehensive responses to customer inquiries, creating workflows, and the triaging of product team Service Center cases.



What Youll do:
  • Facilitates meetings related to Regulatory Impact Analysis, Service Center Product Support, and System Demos
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings/appointments as needed
  • Prepares and modifies documents including agendas, reports, emails, and other documents as needed
  • Records, compiles, transcribes, and distributes meeting minutes
  • Prepares and distributes Program Level Dashboards
  • Support the team with the management of Service Center cases in Service Now
  • Support the team with monitoring and supporting ServiceNow assignment groups to proactively drive resolution of outstanding Service Center cases
  • Support the team in analyzing product team case queue’s to determine level of effort to resolve cases during periods of high call volume into the Service Center
  • Handle requests for information and data from ServiceNow system
  • Record, track, and coordinate the execution of project team action items across a cross functional project team
  • Resolves administrative problems and inquiries as needed
  • Produces PowerPoint decks, binders, packets, and other materials required for meetings
  • Develop and maintain program documentation and correspondence
  • Other duties as assigned or directed


Required knowledge and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years working in an IT environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio and MS Excel
  • Agile Certification(s) and/or PMP

Nice to haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Understanding of CMMI ML3 processes
  • Understanding of Agile
  • CMS work experience
  • Help Desk experience
  • Experience using ServiceNow
  • Understanding/ interest in the healthcare/ IT fields is preferred.
  • Experience using the Atlassian Suite


Salary Range:

$75-90k
