Schedule & Location:

• Hours: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Location: 355 Randolph Ave, St. Paul, MN
• Pay: $30/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Licensing Review Specialist, you’ll be the gatekeeper of compliance, making sure every applicant meets the mark. Your day-to-day will include:

• Reviewing applications for licenses, renewals, reinstatements, and more
• Ensuring all documentation is complete and meets regulatory standards
• Writing clear, professional communications about application status and compliance issues
• Contacting applicants for missing or incorrect information
• Verifying credentials, fees, and background checks
• Handling complex or unusual cases with care and precision
• Preparing official documents and keeping everything organized
• Supporting the team with other duties as needed
