Your role as a Service Contract Manager

As a Service Contract Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing maintenance contracts, which include a 4 million contract base. Provide coaching and leadership to Service Administrative Assistant.

Manage Maintenance Contracts

  • Responsible for all aspects of managing maintenance contracts, which include a 4 million contract base
  • Complete contract setup
    • Reviewing all sales documents,
    • Review terms and conditions
    • Review equipment site conductions
  • Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure maintenance work outlined in contract is being completed in a timely manner
    • Ensure dispatch knows the timeframe and scope of work
  • Complete turnover meetings for new maintenance contracts
    • Review the scope of coverage
    • Review site conditions
    • Kick off meeting with customer
    • Select and introduce technicians
    • Verification of the terms of the maintenance contract purchased and how it will be executed operationally
  • Work collaboratively with sales team to ensure all sales are complete and documentation is executed correctly
  • Perform contract tasking in service program
  • Perform reviews and audits of MCC’s, MC’s with T&M and quoted as required

Contract Performance + Forecasting

  • Manage total financial review of existing contract agreements
  • Complete accurate contract forecasting and communicate forecast information to dispatch team

  • Participate in the CARE call process
  • Promptly address customer concerns to assure resolution of problems and maintain long-term positive relationships.
  • Build rapport and productive working relationships with customers

What we're looking for in you

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or related preferred.
  • 4+ years of working knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing systems, and components.
  • 4+ years of experience with customer relationship development/maintenance.
  • 4+ years of Contract negotiation experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
  • Proficient with MS word, excel, and power point
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
  • Ability to prepare financial justification for solutions including an understanding of energy savings.

Pay Range: $86,681 - $130,022 per year.

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
