Play a key role in supporting our HR team

As a HR Coordinator, you will provide essential support to our HR operations. In a fast-paced environment, you will facilitate the team to perform to a high standard in  order to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of key HR processes. Your duties will include:

  • Audit of recruitment records to ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Review of contract for front-line and salaried employees
  • Maintaining accurate distribution list and mapping to reflect organisational changes
  • HR systems support to end users, troubleshooting, and supporting systems training initiatives
  • Ad hoc HR administrative duties

To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:

  • Proven experience within a large and very fast-paced HR function
  • Experience in regular audits of key HR compliance including legislation changes, visas and working rights, onboarding, and terminations
  • HR administration experience including review of contracts and employee letters factoring in a large variety of Enterprise Agreements 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Effective time management skills and multi-skilling capabilities
  • HR and Recruitment systems experience with intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field
