Job title - Sales Support Expert


Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Graduate (Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline)
  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in forwarding or in sales analitics
  • Strong English skillset in verbal/written is required
  • Result-oriented mindset, deadline awareness, customer focus
  • Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge on visualization Tools
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data handling
  • Willingness to make extra effort when needed
  • Taking ownership, responsibility and ability to work independently
   

Roles &Responsibilities:


  • Monitor data quality and perform regular updates to keep dashboards current and relevant.
  • Create and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports to support sales operations, including those for sales campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Handling new partner registration forms, credit application forms
  • Analyze various business scenarios to anticipate outcomes, identify potential risks and opportunities to develop sector-specific growth plans and action plans for risk mitigation
  • Refresh rates on a regular basis for customers, distribute and collect data from product contacts and organize data
  • Ensure data accuracy is at highest level with monitoring and updating information in Sales360, monitoring due dates, joining community calls, trainings
  • Assisting the setup of reports in myDHLi, onboarding customers, alignment with Sales person, trainings
  • Creating presentations, preparing for QBR, MBR, monitoring market updates, alignment with Sales Europe
  • Data pullout from sources and dashboards (FRP, DCR,…), KPI reports, data analysis
  • Provide detailed customer reporting, develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support cost-saving projects

OTHER INFORMATION YOU MAY NEED TO KNOW

 
    • Our DHL Building is located at BUD International Airport.
    • We work from 8:00 to 17:00, with 1 hour lunch break.
    • As an agent working closely with stations located in other European countries, you may be required to work on Hungarian national holidays – for which you will be compensated in accordance with the Hungarian Labor Code.
