Responsibilities

Responsible for leading and managing the Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, and IT Operations functions to ensure compliance with company standards, system reliability, and continuous process improvement across the site.

 

  • Quality Assurance Operations – Oversee QA activities to ensure products and processes meet customer and regulatory requirements. Drive quality compliance, audits, and corrective/preventive actions.

  • Process Engineering – Lead process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality performance, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure standardization and documentation of key procedures.

  • IT Supervision – Manage IT operations supporting warehouse and production systems. Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and timely resolution of technical issues.

  • Site Superuser – Serve as the site focal for system-related enhancements, configuration controls, and user training. Coordinate with global and regional teams for system updates and issue escalations.

  • Compliance and Continuous Improvement – Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, or internal quality management systems. Champion process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives.

  • Collaboration and Leadership – Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Management teams to ensure alignment on quality and system initiatives. Coach and develop team members for enhanced technical capability and ownership.

  • Performance and Reporting – Monitor key quality and system KPIs, analyze trends, and drive actions to sustain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, IT, or related field. Certifications in Quality Systems or Process Improvement are an advantage.

  • Experience: 5–10 years in QA, Process Engineering, or Systems Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of ISO standards, GMP, and quality systems. Proficient in data analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools (Lean/Six Sigma). Familiar with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, S4 HANA, WMOS).

  • Leadership Skills: Can communicate well, problem-solving, and stakeholder management. Strong in team development, process discipline, and driving improvement initiatives.

  • Other: Willing to work onsite and support operational requirements as needed.
