As a Senior Automation DevOps Engineer in the AutomateNow! tool, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using AutomateNow!, Ansible and Python.

Key responsibilities:

• Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and workflows.
• Monitor and maintain automation processes to ensure reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation tools and scripts.
• Document code, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Python Developer, preferably in an automation-focused role.
• Strong understanding of Python programming language and related libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies relevant to automation (e.g., PHP, Bash scripting, Powershell)

As a Infrastructure Automation Engineer having AutomateNow! and SAP is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of python will also be an integral part of this role.

You are an Automation aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of Automic/UC4, SQL, Linux OS, Ansible, ServiceNow . You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
