Responsibilities

 

  • Reports directly to the Quality Supervisor.
  • Work with the Quality Supervisor to help oversee the daily operations of the Quality Data Assurance Program (QDAP)/Site Visit Program.
  • Perform Site Visits to ensure oversight of merchants in 50 States and 2 US territories.
  • Serve as the primary back up to the supervisor.
  • Conduct periodic testing of Operating Procedures.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks associated with Quality Assurance testing.
  • Work with Quality Supervisor to develop and present reports, including key metrics, as directed to support projects, programs, and State regulatory examinations as needed.
  • Draft and execute quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Identify defects in procedures, processes, data sources and immediately report them to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
  • Trains new QA personnel.
  • Additional projects, as directed by the Quality Assurance Supervisor and/or Compliance Officer.

 



Qualifications



 

  • 3+ Years of Quality Assurance experience
  • Fintech, Payments, or Financial Services related experience preferred
  • Ability to manage time and remain organized in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Capable of troubleshooting problems and identifying solutions
  • College degree or commensurate business experience
  • CAMS Certification preferred, or the commitment to obtain within the first 12 months of employment
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience with Excel focus
  • Self-starter able to work well independently
  • Available to travel at least 50% to 80% of time for site visits
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Strong business presentation skills
