EagleView is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Commercial Sales group. Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the ISR is responsible for achieving revenue and market share goals specific to their assigned customers within a specific North American region. The ISR will work closely with Regional Managers, Enterprise Sales Reps, and sales support roles within the commercial business unit.

• Utilize your personality and energy to connect with people and position yourself as a consultant
• Successfully leverage consultative sales skills to build, work, and close your pipeline of business
• Consistently strive to improve selling skills by working with manager, peers, and senior closers
• A hard worker with some consultative selling experience
• An energetic and positive person who is motivated to deliver strong results and win
• A strong communicator with sleuth-like listening skills and a knack for easily connecting with people
• A fast thinker with a strong ability to challenge customers to try something new

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Strong listening and sales skills
• Ability to achieve targets

PREFERRED:

• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
• CRM software such as Salesforce.com
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All Fulltime (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick, and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program; Pet Insurance. This is a full time, remote role with a base compensation of $21.63/hr. and commission eligible targeted at $20,000 per year. We want to reward your hard work, so our commissions are uncapped.
