In this hands-on role, you’ll design and support hybrid infrastructure while driving our journey to cloud-native services. You’ll play a critical part in optimizing Microsoft 365, enhancing collaboration, and building secure, scalable systems across both on-prem and cloud environments.

Position_Description :

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and manage hybrid infrastructure (Windows/Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, AD, DNS, storage).
  • Drive cloud adoption and migration to Azure while optimizing Microsoft 365.
  • Enhance collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
  • Implement IAM best practices (Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA).
  • Partner with security teams to harden and secure hybrid environments.
  • Mentor IT staff and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.




Position Requirements :

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-on expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization.
  • Strong experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Proven skills in cloud networking, security, IAM, and governance.
  • Experience with O365 migrations and hybrid environments.
  • Cloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred).
  • 5+ years in cloud architecture and enterprise IT.
