Your role as an Operations + Subcontracts Coordinator
As an Operations + Subcontracts Coordinator you will provide administrative support to business operations and subcontracts teams. Success in this role will require the ability to shift direction as priorities change, prioritization of tasks at hand, and strong attention to the details. This person will be communicating frequently with both external and internal customers to complete credit applications, business partner set-ups, assist with and ensure subcontract compliance.
During initial training period, this role will be fully in-office. After initial training period is completed, this role will be eligible for a hybrid-remote schedule (3 days per week in-office, with remote work flexibility up to 2 days per week). This role may be based out of the following Harris office locations: Las Vegas, NV; Salt Lake City, UT; Bellingham, WA.
Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8am- 4:30pm pacific time / 9am - 5:30pm mountain time.

Pay Range: $23.69 - $35.53 per hour
The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
