Position Summary:

Avathons Industrial AI Suite is the world's leading AI enabled SaaS platform that provides autonomous software to ever growing industrial, SCM & manufacturing sector by combining the power of Data Science, big data & cloud, and deep domain expertise. Our platform works across multiple industrial asset types to offer real time predictive insights to our customers. As a Senior Quality Assurance [QA] Engineer you will be working closely with team members across domains with deep technical skills and passion for AI & the physical world (read Industrial world). 

Join us in:

  • Creating test automation for backend and frontend tests for cloud based software platform  
  • Developing and documenting test plans and test cases. 
  • Implementing and executing automated regression and functional tests.
  • Writing and maintaining test cases in a test case repository. 
  • Working in an agile team environment in a Global distributed teams model.
  • Reporting status/results of testing to appropriate teams. 
  • Mentoring team members in quality best practices.
  • Verifying and validating terabyte/ Petabyte scale data operations and workflows. Understanding user flows, documenting, testing and validating all parts of the platform.
  • Work closely with delivery engineering team for successful hand-off of with detailed documentation of customer workflow and process

Youll have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in test/QA automation, with a solid foundation in test driven development
  • Writing and executing backend test automation, performance and API testing
  • Previous experience with tools like Nightwatch.js, Cypress, or Selenium
  • Excellent programming skills in Python or Node along with expertise in relational databases (MSSQL/MySQL/Postgres)
  • Testing complex enterprise mission-critical applications;

It would be great if you had: 

  • Experience in testing SaaS applications in any of the following domains e.g. SCM, Aviation, Industrial & Manufacturing, Maintenance & Repair Operations
