Job Description:
Assist with dashboard creation and reports for engineering and operations personnel to be able to quickly gauge performance and identify underperforming renewable generation assets
Compiling data requests about operations, and delivering that information to managers to assist in operational improvements
Track and solve technical issues affecting renewable generation assets. Provide local operations groups and engineering group data analysis to achieve case resolution and root cause analysis.
Assist with field work (inspection, staking, measuring, and record verification) as needed
Provide performance information for use in final reports to management in a professional and accurate manner. Provide various renewable generation analyses, metrics and performance reports
Additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Must be a college student, sophomore or higher standing, currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in electrical, civil, construction, mechanical or industrial engineering.
Prior utility, energy or renewable industry experience helpful.
Software skills needed to be used in extracting information from various sources, conducting analysis and assisting workforce to achieve goals.
Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Effective project management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
