Overview

Lutron is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Specification Coordinator to join our Commercial Projects and Service team at Lutron's Global Headquarters in Coopersburg PA. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our commercial and residential projects, contributing directly to the growth of our business and reinforcing our reputation as an industry leader.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including outside sales, customers, and channel partners—to gather critical project information and ensure alignment from opportunity through project hand-off.
• Coordinate a diverse portfolio of commercial projects across multiple industries, applying your organizational expertise to keep everything running smoothly.
• Create precise and technically sound specification deliverables for lighting and window shade systems, leveraging your attention to detail and growing technical knowledge.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to support project success and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Associates or Bachelors degree required
• If less than 5 years of professional work experience, minimum cumulative 2.80 GPA is required
• Prior technical experience and/or technical education or prior experience working with construction documentation and AutoCAD software is a plus
• Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
