Description:
BRG is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-growing environment and believes that no task is too small to be done with care. As a key member of our Recruiting team, you’ll help shape an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience from start to finish.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the details that make our process seamless—from coordinating interviews to keeping communication clear and timely. You’ll be part of a team that values individuality, growth, and partnership, while also giving you the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule based in Washington, DC. What You’ll Do
Coordinate and schedule interviews—handling logistics to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers.
Serve as a communication hub for candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data is accurate and candidates are properly dispositioned.
Contribute ideas to improve our recruiting processes, resources, and tools.
Stretch into other parts of the recruiting process to learn and support recruiters with tasks such as preparing job postings and managing requisitions.
Jump in to support other recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or executive support role; experience in professional services is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel).
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System; Workday preferred.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000
