Position Title: Executive Assistant

Position Overview:
ANSER is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive mid-level administrative and executive support to senior leaders and executives. In this role you will manage complex scheduling, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare and organize documentation, and act as a trusted liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders. You will ensure seamless day-to-day office coordination while safeguarding sensitive and confidential information.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling requirements.

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including logistics, itineraries, and expense reporting.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.

  • Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.

  • Serve as a communication liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and accuracy.

  • Oversee office coordination activities to support leadership operations.

  • Draft, proofread, and distribute internal communications on behalf of senior leadership.

  • Track and manage incoming correspondence, ensuring timely review and response.

  • Support senior executive assistants in administrative operations and special projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field with specialization in quality management in business administration.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience providing administrative or executive support in a professional environment.

  • Experience coordinating executive-level calendars, travel, and meeting logistics.

  • Proven ability to prepare, manage, and organize sensitive documentation and communications.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or leadership within large organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines.

  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with leadership and stakeholders.

  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
