Your Role: The Sales Manager is responsible for attaining sales plan objectives and driving revenue and profit growth within the Americas OE market. This position is responsible for planning and managing all sales activities within assigned market. The Global Key Account Sales Manager will provide business intelligence and establish clear goals, strategies and initiatives that enable CentroMotion to increase its market share in this strategic market with specific global customers, coordinating activity with regional key account managers.


What You'll Be Doing:

· Lead sales to develop and grow customer base, implement CentroMotion strategies, and drive a high level of accountability within the assigned customer base.

· Develop and implement both tactics and long-term sales strategies geared toward greater market share and profitability. Ensure global alignment of key accounts strategy and tactics.

· Define and manage CentroMotion's value proposition to the market, customers and industry including service, price, and product sales strategies.

· Collaborate extensively with Director of Sales on development and implementation of market, product, and customer strategies.

· Continually evaluate the timely adjustment of sales strategies and forecasts to meet changing market competitive conditions. Execute LTA contracts as required.

· Develop and maintain global key and strategic accounts. Develop effective executive level relationships and broaden networks of contacts at target customers.

· Work with CentroMotion internal and external suppliers where customer interaction is needed, to meet our sales and business goals, strategic objectives, and enhance our profitability and supply base to capture and leverage benefits to CentroMotion where CentroMotion customer involvement is warranted (exp. design changes). Be the customer liaison relative to quality concerns.

· Lead the review, analysis, and recommendation of new business opportunities and sales leads. Follow sales process to provide technical proposals, generate competitive quotation, secure business award, and ensure product introduction.

· Gather continuous intelligence on product performance, competitors, customer and dealer attitudes, latest problems, and opportunities.

· Develop and maintain annual and running customer forecasts for financial, AOP, business, and operations planning purposes. Own and manage demand signal flow from customer to CentroMotion and back, working with and through CentroMotion customer service and operations, to ensure capacity / demand balance, high OTD and customer satisfaction.

· Work extensively with other roles in sales and marketing (analysts, customer service, and marketing) as well as other functions including R&D, operations, and finance to meet or exceed customer expectations and to build / reinforce a positive CentroMotion brand promise.


What you Need to Succeed:

· Bachelor's degree, Engineering or Technical degree preferred.

· Minimum of 4-7 years of proven sales management & business development experience in technical sales or product management within manufacturing/industrial markets

· Direct experience with Caterpillar (E&T group preferred)

· Proficient in ERP/MRP, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.

· Must be an excellent communicator as well as possess strong analytical abilities.

· Excellent interpersonal skills; good with people; able to manage deadlines.

· Demonstrate effective leadership and people management skills.

· Versed and proficient in sales process.

· Effective Time Management skills.

· Ability to travel: 50%
