We seek an experienced Branch Manager to build and lead a dedicated team of banking professionals with a passion for serving the Wilsonville community. Our Branch Managers:

• Seek opportunities to grow the branch through business development, including outreach, networking, and community partnerships; maintain collaborative relationships with Maps’ internal professional partners.
• Model and instill leadership and accountability in the branch.
• Foster a member-centric environment where staff warmly greet members, initiate needs-based conversations, and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Oversee the development of branch employees, including identifying training needs and establishing performance expectations through proactive coaching conversations.
• Lead the branch to meet or exceed goals as set annually by senior management.
• Ensure branch compliance with security and branch control policies, procedures, and audits.
• Step into any role in the branch as needed.

*Please note: The Wilsonville Branch is scheduled to open in mid-October. 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent combination of education and financial services experience.
• A minimum of 4 years in the financial industry with demonstrated progressive responsibility.
• A minimum of 3 years in a proven supervisory role.
• A minimum of 3 years in direct and indirect selling roles.
• The highest level of ethical behavior.
• Must be bondable.

Starting salary is $90,000 - $103,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities to earn quarterly and annual incentives.

*We will guarantee a one-time incentive of $2,500 after completion of the first quarter of employment.
