Finvi is seeking Mid to Senior Implementation Consultants who thrive in environments and are excited by the challenge of delivering tailored solutions without a playbook.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our long time customers to guide them through product discovery, process alignment, and successful onboarding of our new to market SaaS product, Velosidy. You’ll be the bridge between what our product can do and what our customers need it to do - with a strong focus on usability and long-term value. You’ll need to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and co-create success paths in real-time. If you're a creative problem solver with a product mindset and thrive in a low-process environment, this role is perfect for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead customer discovery sessions to understand current processes, pain points, and business goals - even when customers struggle to articulate them
  • Translate ambiguous or resistant requirements into actionable implementation plans that align with our product's capabilities and roadmap
  • Guide change-averse stakeholders through solution adoption with empathy, clarity, and structured guidance
  • Own the full implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Success teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to product evolution
  • Build repeatable (but flexible) approaches as you go, helping lay the groundwork for future scaling without rigid processes
  • Prioritize usability and long-term maintainability over temporary workarounds
  • Educate and train customers in best practices and usage while tailoring solutions to fit their unique requirements
  • Set the tone for a long-term customer relationship by delivering early wins and creating a roadmap to ongoing success

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years in implementation, solutions consulting, or onboarding role in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading discovery and solutioning in environments without a mature or repeatable process
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills — you can think on your feet, adapt in real-time, and design novel solutions
  • Empathetic communicator - especially when working with hesitant or change resistant stakeholders
  • Ability to balance product limitations with user needs and find thoughtful compromises
  • A product-centric thinker who gets excited about improving the what and how of delivery
  • Technical acumen to trouble shot issues that require a ā€œsolutions mindsetā€
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate technical details into business value
  • Experience working with early-stage or newly launched SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with usability-first design thinking
  • Experience in change management or stakeholder alignment strategies
  • Accountable for and meet deadlines, adhere to the project timeline, and following up on assignments to drive completion
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, light-process environment

What's In It For You

  • Be a Strategic Partner, Not Just a Configurator
  • Own the Client Journey from Vision to Value
  • Use a Solutions Mindset to Solve Complex Business Challenges
  • Leverage Tech & Business Acumen in Equal Measure
  • Drive Engagement and Retention from Day One
  • Own Your Projects with Autonomy and Accountability

The base salary range for this role islisted above. Total compensation ultimately depends on the candidate’s primary work location, job responsibilities, role requirements, relevant experience and skillset.

Beyond traditional insurance offerings (that all start on day one), Finvi offers a wide variety of additional benefits like flexible time off, employer 401k match with no wait period, paid time off to volunteer, paid parental leave, and more.
