Catalyst Research & Evaluation Manager



The Community Engagement Program Manager plans and executes CONVERGE Community Engagement plans. Drive community engagement and internal/external communication strategies to advance CONVERGE’s visibility and mission. Plans logistics, provides mentoring to staff and tracks the impact of their efforts. Creates CONVERGE informational and marketing materials and maintains databases.

• Maintains strong connection with CONVERGE’s internal & external networks across disciplines
• Maintains regular communication and programming for the Reproductive Research Advisory Board (RRAB)
• Designs, implements, and maintains communication strategies—including newsletters, social media, events, and website updates—to disseminate research and raise awareness
• Coordinates and manages logistics for events including weekly leadership, quarterly CONVERGE leadership meetings, monthly seminars, and other events (e.g., workshops, collaborative programming) that support interdepartmental research and engagement
• Supports project teams with creation of participant recruitment materials (e.g., flyers, graphics, visual materials) as time allows
• Champions staff well-being, inclusion, and center-wide culture-building by fostering a welcoming environment and providing cultural and mission-oriented context during on-boarding and beyond
• Acts as liaison for staff feedback, especially around morale and engagement
• Partners with Operations and Business Managers to address staff dynamics and resolve issues as needed.


Job Summary

Supports the design and implementation of various research, intervention, and educational development and evaluation projects. Facilitates project communications and implementation activities and monitors projects for quality and accuracy. Coordinates and manages data collections and assessments and leads grant proposal initiatives. Develops research strategies, proposals, and reports.


Essential Functions

Requires the ability to visualize a computer screen, to work with computer hardware and software, to communicate verbally and in writing, and to use a phone. The candidate must have strong working knowledge of English.
