Position Summary:

Are you passionate about creating smooth and supportive employee experiences? Join our collaborative HR team as an HR Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in guiding employees through every stage of their journey—from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.

In this fast-paced and team-oriented role, you'll be the go-to person for new hires, HR transactions, background checks, and employee inquiries. You'll help ensure our systems run smoothly, our processes stay sharp, and our people feel supported.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the voice of HR—respond to inquiries from the HR inbox with clarity and warmth or direct them to the right contact.
  • Own the background check process including initial requests, report reviews, escalation, and records management.
  • Welcome new team members by guiding them through onboarding and leading new hire orientation.
  • Lead I-9 administration by verifying documentation and ensuring timely completion for new hires.
  • Coordinate large onboarding efforts to include partnering across departments to welcome our two major new hire classes each year.
  • Coordinate offboarding including file updates, IT notifications and thoughtful exit interviews.
  • Collaborate globally with our International HR Operations team to ensure seamless coordination on employee matters.
  • Create and improve SOPs and continuously look for ways to streamline and enhance our processes.
  • Help employees navigate systems and tools to efficiently make changes and find information.
  • Keep us compliant by managing labor law poster updates across all offices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in line with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Jump into special projects and assist with HR initiatives and system rollouts.
  • Provide general HR support and be a reliable resource for the team.

What You Bring:

  • Experience with Workday
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  • A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A professional, discreet, and service-oriented approach to handling sensitive information.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

You’ll be part of a supportive HR team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and creating a positive employee experience. If you're organized, proactive, and eager to grow in the HR field, we’d love to meet you!
